Ladies and Gentlemen,
As we wrap-up the year together, I'd like us to take a second and look back at our favorite memories of the year together. You may be surprised, the summer will be at its peak and High School may seem like its approaching a little too quickly. You just might want to revisit some of these memories before you enter into a new school, new kids, new everything. Please click on the comments button below to read one of my favorites and leave a short story of your own. Don't forget to add your name. It's been a pleasure working together this year.

One of my favorite memories from the 2011-2012 school year was during the competition between our class and Miss Moffenbeier's for the Wacky Tacky Day. While a victory wasn't ours, at least we made a picture in the yearbook. There is a picture of Logan in a later post on the blog where we are doing crazy karatee kicks mid-hallway.
My favorite memory is when Peter did his presentation on shufflin, and he asked for a volunteer. No one volunteered of course, but Mr. Masenhimer decided to try it. It was super hilarious lololololol :)
My favorite memory is probably when we all watched wale wars for the period and all just chilled. It was pretty funny because I think that show is a joke, and you Mr masenhimer was freaking out when they did something. But yeah i think that was a pretty fun part of this year. BEST CLASS IN THE ENTIRE WORLD

My favorite memory from core was writing the middle school memoir. It made me realize that I might actually miss middle school a little and it was fun to think about sixth and seventh grade. Although I wasn't here for those years, it was fun to hear other peoples memories about it.

My favorite memories from middle school is when i was in Mr Masenhimers and it was really fun when we did all the projects and the one i really liked was the travel project and it was my favorite because we got to pretend that we were traveling to like Mexico and like San Francisco and you had to make lists of what we were going to take on the trip like toothpaste and like clothes and stuff like that so all the projects we did my favorite is the travel project.
My favorite memory of this school year in core would have to be well there is lots of things I can say but I would have to say I liked when we got to write down music and listen to it and also when we got to talk with friends and much more but it would take to long to talk about them all but this year my last year of 8th grade was really fun and I'm glad to say that I was in Mr.Masenhimer's 2011-2012 and it was a fun year while it lasted.
This year, 8th grade, has been my favorite year since Middle School started. My favorite memory from this year in Mr. Masenhimer's class, is hard to say. I have many. One of the most memorable time in this class was... Mock Trials. Those were super fun, and my group and I had a lot of laughs. And arguments... Another one of my favorite memories is when we did Jute Box and people put down music that made the class laugh.. Like Barbie Girl, and Justin Bieber. Stuff like that. And those are just a few.
My favorite memory was when we went outside to have class. It got boring after a while but the first time was really fun. I also liked when we used to write for the whole period and we chose to write whatever we wanted. I really liked this core cause Masenhimer was really chill. I hope I can have him as a teacher again.
The best memory that I remember of this year was when Mr. Masenhimer was trying to dance, but he epically failed. This was probably the funniest thing that I have ever seen a teacher do. You never get this type of thing to see when you are in middle school, so this was probably the funniest thing that I will ever see from a middle school teacher
One of my favorite memories from 8th grade was all the Youtube of the week's Mr. Masenhimer showed us. Especially the dog's in the window one where he compared everyone in the class to the dogs in the video
My favorite memory was when (for a short period of time), Mr. Masenhimer became slightly obsessed with Jaime's favorite Mexican rap group. Even though I couldn't understand a single word that was being said it was still funny just because I knew it was all bad. Some of us made fun of you for it afterwards too (which was funny as well). I also liked the mock trials. I had the case where there was vandalism in a grave yard, which to be honest I found kind of hilarious. So the whole time I was trying to keep my cool and not laugh.

It's hard for me to think of a memory this year, for it went too fast. This was the fastest school year I have ever been to, and it was because all my teachers were great. If I were to choose a favorite memory, it would have to be when the class did mock trials. I was nervous, and I couldn't sleep the night before i had to mock the trials. Once I got onto the "stage" I calmed down. I have enjoyed this class the most out of all my classes in middle school. I have made many friends, considering I have been in P.M. core all my middle school life. Saying that, all my friends are newly met. I am thankful that i have been chosen to be in Mr. Masenhimer's class, and everyone else who is granted the pass into the holy lair should be to!
My favorite memory was when we had class outside and mr masenhimer yelled at some kids to be quite and walk away. I remember everyone started to laugh and this one kid was so scared and speechless. Than we all went back to work as the kid walked away in silence.
My favorite memory from this year was when we watched Forest Gump in reading then watched the rest in core. It was the first time I watched that movie and I loved it and thought it was the most hilarious movie I'd seen.
My favorite memories from 2011-2012
was when Kayla came running into the classroom hyper from lunch. She decided that it would be funny to take the top off the lava lamp and poke Alex with it... and it kinda was because Alex had this priceless look on his face. A look of shock, confusion, and creeped out hahaha.
One of my fave memory is when we were writing and momo didn't know what to write about and so you were trying run some ideas and you say "Hey Mo you're a big guy you like eat" the word out and everyone looked at you like you pushed the nuke button... But i wasnt looking at you i was looking at the nuke... It was going to explode, but you said "Youll all a bunch of sick people" then we all laughed
My favorite memory is when he talked about how he hates being scared. So that weekend his girlfriend hid in a doorway. And as he walked down the hallway she jumped on him. He freaked out and grabbed her jacket. And while he was telling this story he was throwing his arms in the air looking completely stupid. I think his motions were more funny then his story
My favorite memory of this year was when Mr.Masenhimer told us a memory of how he got into Opera and he told us that his crazy neighboor had tried to shoot the squirrel in his attic and Mr.Masenhimer tried to immitate his accent.
One Of My Favorite Memories From The 2011-20012 School Year Was When...
Not Really When But I Like How In Mr. Masenhimer's Class, He Isn't That Strict and Knows How To Loosen Up And Have Fun. It Was Pretty Nice When We Got A New Student, Even If He Almost Never Came To School And Later Got Expelled From Not Coming. But Even If We Didn't Really Know Him That Much In School, It Was Funny When He First Came Into Our Class Because We Were Reading The Glass Castle And It Was The Part When Jeanette Was In The Pool With Her Friends.. I Guess We All Know What Happened There...
One of my most favorite memories is when all of us had to dress up for mock trials and when we presented most of us kept messing up and got too nervous or to quiet to talk in front of everyone in the lecture room because all our friends where there waching us mess up. Because we didn't remeber our lines to say to the questions. Overall MR.MASENHIMERS CLASS WAS A AWSOME CLASS.
One of my favorite memories from 2011-2012 was when we where in class and we where having a discussion and then Mr.Masenhimer made a comment of Momo liking food. Everyone stared to laugh and the Mr.Masenhimer finally got it after a little while. Then he called all of us sick people and then Mr.Masenhimer said he didn't mean it that way.
one thing that I remember about this year that was cool was wen we went to the computers and he let us listen to music and if we wear doing assignments he would still let us listen to them and he would always but funny songs i mean old songs.
